Terms & Conditions:

  1. This long stay guest package applies only to pre-arranged stays with a minimum of 14 continuous nights.
  2. The validity of the package rates start on the date that Contract for LSG is signed.
  3. Should the long-stay guest need to be away for a period of time but prefers to keep his room, the same rates will apply.
  4. If for some reason, a long-stay guest who has signed a contract is unable to meet the required minimum length of stay, the nightly room charge will be adjusted to the regular published rates, and appropriate charges for the package inclusions (discounts) will be reinstated in the bill, retroactive from the first day the package rates were applied.
  5. Billing Arrangement:
    1. Cash Payment: For guests intending to settle their hotel bills in cash, a deposit equivalent to the package rate times the number of days of his stay must be made. Incidental charges will have to be settled every seven (7) days.
    2. Credit Card Payment: A valid credit card must be presented upon check-in, and the approval code is acquired to an amount representing the anticipated hotel room charges. Incidental charges will have to be settled every seven (7) days.
  6. Cancellation should be made 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid charges of one (1) room night.
