Adjacent to the hotel, Paralaya Suites offers spacious one-bedroom dwellings. Each unit features a sizable living area, a nook and dining area, a kitchen that can fit a stove-top oven and full-sized refrigerator, a bathroom with a tub, and a basic utility area.

Residents can enjoy the outdoor space of manicured greens, complete with a 17-meter lap and wading pool, a sundeck, and a cabana that doubles as a mini gym and lounging area.

Clarkville Compound

Clarkville Compound offers studio units lined along a bungalow-style tropical paradise. Each unit is compact enough for minimalist living but has ample room that includes a kitchenette and bathroom. The space is ideal for single occupancy but can comfortably fit two.

Recreational amenities and facilities of the neighboring hotel may be enjoyed. This includes the use of the hotel’s outdoor pool and a paid access to the mini gym. Room service, laundry, and housekeeping services of the hotel are extended to residents as well.
